I'm a go-to-market positioning consultant and founder of Josie Astrid Consulting. I started my career as a backend distributed-systems engineer, then influenced multimillion-dollar deal wins as a pre-sales engineer at Scale AI. Later, I led product positioning and GTM strategy for new product bets.

Today, I partner with AI-native startups to translate their engineering IP into positioning that resonates with VP-level technical buyers. Then, I enable GTM teams to close revenue faster with it. I love the art and science of uncovering a product's technical moat and shaping a narrative that the whole GTM org can own.
